Yes some scrapping time

It seems like there never is any time left to get any photos scrapped lately so yesterday morning the first thing I did was do one of the challenge on Kitchen Keepsakes it's the one posted this month by Shelly and it's all about ice cream. It's a pretty easy subject for me to work on since I think it is one of the basic food groups or if not it should have it's own.

 

Mathew has always loved chocolate milkshakes so this is just some photos from one of the times we were out, it was a pretty fancy looking milkshake.

Busy busy summertime

It's time to get back to blogging and plan on some fun things for the summer flies fast.

Well this girl can really be amazing when she gets going and getting her hair done for one of her showers started out looking like this.

May stash challenge

May 4th is National Bird day so lets use up some bird
embellishments or papers from your stash. I have paper clips, papers, a punch
and probably some of you have a few stamps.

Kelly's Colorblock challenge

The DT team at Kitchen keepsake's has some great challenges and I've had time to work on a lot of them.

This one is for Kelly's colorblock challenge. Since I'm working on Rebecca and Chris's engagement book it was a perfect one to do to get another page completed.

The picture is from their engagement party last June - the time is going so fast- the wedding is less than 2 months away.

It's challenge day again

Today's the sketch day and a lot of other great challenges going on at Kitchen Keepsakes kitchenkeepsake.freeforums.org/. It's such a great group to be a part of plus the challenges are wonderful.

Today's' my sketch reveal - it's  a quick and easy one this month.

Back to Blogging - I have missed it.

It's time to start some blogging again and since I haven't been on I'm not going to list my lame excuses for not being here it's just time to start over again.

I'm currently creating for one team and on hold for two more until after the wedding. The all consuming upcoming wedding. I just got back from 10 days up north putting on some big parties with the help of Rebecca's bridesmaids and family. I could have never done the decorations with out my best friend Lisa though and all her creative  talents.  Creating with Lisa was one of the best times I had this winter- I really did have a lot of amazing visits from family and friends this winter, the break with Lisa was completey different and enjoyed so much.

My stash challenge this month is this one.

It's going to be spring with flowers ready to pop out of the ground. It always  makes me think of potting plants and spring flowers.
Lets use up some  burlap or lace and some of the flower stash. At least 4 pieces of lace/ribbon or  burlap and a lot of flowers.

One more for the Sketch-A -Thon

It's another one from the collection of sketches at  2 Broke Girls - this makes along with mine for my original post and two examples for the group a total of 8 of the 14 and we have until the end of the month - so I'm having fun with all of them. 

This is from sketch #7 - pictures from a long time ago at the company picnic. 

Adding one more to the Blog hop for 2 Broke Girls

One day in Florida and I have two of the sketches done- I want to get them all finished and I think it's not going to be hard to do with the fantastic sketches they have for this. 

This one is sketch # 13 and is Nathan when he was a baby- I'm sure he will love this picture . LOL

So far good progress on the sketches !

The Sugar and Spice Blog challenge at 2 Broke Grirls has been keeping me busy scrapping, I really am enjoying every one of these sketches, they are so nice to put together.
